Orangutan in the wild.

Class: Year 5 & 6 Year: 2018 - 2019

We were visited today by Rob, uncle of Rhys, who shared with us his experiences of volunteering in Indonesia, carrying out rainforest conservation work and working in a centre that provides support and rehabilitation for orangutangs. The children in key stage 2 listened intently to his talk and thoroughly enjoyed the visual presentation. We would all like to thank him for his time this afternoon in helping us to learn about such an important issue in a very visual and interesting way.
